Castle Creek Companies, Inc in assisting Global Development and Asset Management, Inc, in the developing a single family site condominium near the intersection of 84th and Patterson Ave in Caledonia Township. The development will contain 15 single family home sites each on 1 to 1.5 acres. The development is wooded and is on the Paul Henry Trail that provides access to the Caledonia Schools. The Paul Henry Trail is scheduled to be paved in the spring of 2006 and once completed will run from Caledonia into Kentwood. Future expansion of the Trail may extend the trail as far as Hastings.
